The home of Edwin Rice, previously owned by his godfather Leon Fym and his family, is an old historic estate just outside of The Residential. With a sloping green roof and high decorative windows this place looks ancient. The highly private property is encompassed by wrought iron fencing and has cameras pointed in every feasible direction.
